Return Eligibility

• Planners must be unused, unwritten in, and in their original packaging.

• Digital products, downloadable content, and customized/personalized items are final sale.

• Clearance or "imperfect/seconds" sale items cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

• Email our team at daniel@personallegendplanners.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

• Once approved, we will send you instructions on where to ship your package.

• Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items If your planner arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage from transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will send a replacement right away at no extra cost.
